The Role

Elite Food is searching for candidates to fill the Sales Manager role for the Midwest market. The former incumbent left recently to join a competitor. This role reports to the VP of Sales for the Eastern Region. The Sales Manager leads a team of 3 highly-experienced Account Executives. The Midwest market is critical for the success of Elite’s business strategy. While this market has traditionally been a stronghold for Elite, last year’s sales represented the steepest year-over-year decline for all markets. 

Keeping their company, team, and the problem in mind, they need to determine who would be best for this role.
