Company Admin is the highest Access Level available within the Predictive Index platform. It includes the permissions granted for all other Access Levels, plus two additional permissions:

  • Can promote or demote Admin users
  • Can grant Admins the ability to upgrade their PI account

Who is my Company Admin?

Company Admin is assigned to the first user in your company (based on email domain) to create a software account and verify their login email.

This status is assigned automatically, and allows for unrestricted access to the software and user Access Levels.

Note: There is only one Company Admin per domain.

How do I change my Company Admin?

The Company Admin user cannot be changed within the software.
