How does Hire 2.0 differ from Hire 1.0?
Hire 2.0 is the latest version of PI’s talent optimization software, designed to improve the hiring process for any organization using it – whether they’re looking to fill three roles or 300.
In essence, Hire 2.0 is a cleaner, more streamlined version of the previous iteration. It has fewer total features than its predecessor – designed to offer a seamless, more intuitive experience for the user.
The 2.0 version further distinguishes itself from the 1.0 offering by way of enhanced Job Assessment, Candidate Activation, and Interview Builder features.
