Manage your team’s Activations

When you purchase a subscription to PI, you receive a certain number of Activations. Specific actions, like unlocking a candidate’s details, use an Activation. Don’t worry about memorizing which ones—we’ll let you know before you use an Activation.

Are Activations shared across modules?

No. Each module has its own Activations. In other words, using an Activation in one module doesn’t use Activations in another.

Who can use Activations?

By default, anyone can use Activations. To disable Activations for certain users, you’ll need to follow the instructions below. 


  1. Open the module you want to manage Activations for.
  2. In the top-right corner, select the admin button (). A menu will appear to the right.
  3. Scroll down to the Manage Users section.

From here, you can allow (or disallow) a user to manage Activations using the Activate checkbox pictured below. Different modules will use different wording.

Note: You cannot disable an Admin’s ability to use Activations.
