Tracy Nelson, MSOD, SPHR, CPTD, is a senior level human resources, organizational development, and learning/talent development leader with over 30 years of business experience in a variety of industries spanning healthcare, financial services, insurance, hospitality, manufacturing, and non-profit. She currently serves as President & Chief Talent Officer of Aspire Talent Group and formerly served as Vice President of Talent Solutions for the University of Wisconsin Center for Professional & Executive Development. In addition, Tracy is adjunct faculty at the Wisconsin School of Business, part of the University of Wisconsin. She served over 10 years on the Board of Directors for the South Central Wisconsin Chapter of the Association for Talent Development including a year as President, and is currently President Elect on the Executive Board of Directors for Greater Madison SHRM, Society of Human Resources Management.
She was one of the first in the nation to earn the Certified Professional in Learning & Performance designation through the National Association for Talent Development. While serving as Vice President of Learning & Development for a Madison-based credit union, Tracy’s learning team twice earned the international ATD BEST Award. The BEST Award is based on benchmarking organizations worldwide recognizing those who leverage their learning function to drive organizational strategic initiatives and demonstrate efficiency of learning delivery and measurable business impact. Tracy was also twice featured in national Training & Development magazine for her learning programs, and serves as a frequent conference speaker. She specializes in helping leaders, teams and organizations optimize their talent and performance.
Jon Zulawski has over a decade of experience driving learner engagement by leading the development of learning programs and enhancing the effectiveness of the learning function at organizations both large and small across multiple industries.
As the Executive Vice President of Aspire Talent Group, Jon helps organizations optimize performance, drive change, and achieve more. Jon was previously the Director of Talent Solutions at the Wisconsin School of Business Center for Professional & Executive Development (CPED), where he led new product development and supported the development of CPED’s client organizations.
Jon has led learning teams at organizations including DentaQuest, a Boston-based benefits administration company serving members and patients across the country, and UW Health, an academic medical center in Madison, WI. He has direct experience working with and supporting teams in a variety of industries, including health care, financial services, insurance, pharmaceuticals, and construction.
Jon is a Predictive Index Certified Partner, an Accredited Practitioner for Human Synergistics, a Certified Big 5 Practitioner, a Certified Practitioner for MBTI Step I and Step II, a Certified DISC Trainer, a Certified Trainer for Development Dimensions International, and a trainer for programs from VitalSmarts, FranklinCovey, and TRP Enterprises.
Jon has served on the leadership committees of numerous professional organizations, including ATD-MAC. He is a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and has a BA from Marquette University and an MBA from UW-Whitewater.
