Dr. Tiffanie Dillard
From her commitment to make a difference in the social sector, Dr. Dillard envisioned a collective of experienced, credentialed, dedicated nonprofit leaders and consultants who Collaborate for the Common Good™.
She coaches individuals and teams in Organization Development, Culture Transformation, Strategic and Operational Planning and Talent Strategy implementation.
Her work leverages her hands-on experience and her sector-based research to support the unique needs of nonprofits at each life stage, from start-up to growth to complete organization transformation.
She has held multiple nonprofit roles including Chief People Officer, Chief Administrative Officer, Interim CEO, Founding Board Member, Board Member and Board Chair, following two decades in leadership roles in the corporate sector.
Her PhD is in Human and Organization Systems with a research emphasis on Organizational Psychodynamics and Followership. She is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR and SHRM-SCP) and is an ICF Credentialed Professional Coach (ACC).
Mary is a certified leader and trainer of Predictive Index, a leading talent optimization tool that identifies how people fit into a broader business strategy, elevating the success and productivity of people to achieve amazing results. As a certified Adventure Learning Teambuilding facilitator, Mary has created opportunities for companies to step out of their daily routine and to dedicate time to focus on building trust, cooperation, leadership and critical thinking. Long term benefits have included improved team performance, better communication skills, higher levels of trust and a greater willingness to take calculated risks.
Over the years as a nonprofit executive, Mary's understanding and appreciation grew for a nonprofit's greatest asset, their employees. She oversaw Human Resources teams that respected compliance needs while creating innovative and customized processes to improve the employee experience. Her initiatives increased talent engagement, empowered management and increased employee retention.
Liz has always had a passion for nonprofit work. Growing up with both parents working in the sector, Liz realized early on her desire to help nonprofits run more efficiently. She is a certified Predictive Index leader as part of the Avenir Consultant team and helps manage the back office workflow for Avenir.
She has spent more than 20 years in operations and project management for executive teams in organizations large and small. With expertise in creating strong systems and clear procedures, Liz works tirelessly to help nonprofits maximize their time and resources. She has held multiple interim leadership positions at Valley nonprofits and has a strong background in recruiting and employee/volunteer engagement.
