Having spent much of his career in hands-on one person HR Department roles in US companies and the US business units of global companies, Bruce has the ability to be a strategic partner and be hands on to deliver on those strategies so he can easily switch between strategic and tactical functions throughout the day.
Bruce is a Certified Talent Optimization Consultant, Certified Take Flight with DISC Instructor, and has EOS implementation and leadership experience.
