Prior to joining GattiHR, Tom spent more than 25 years working with companies undergoing major transformation. Tom has managed HR operations in more than 40 countries, and has completed expatriate assignments in London, Zurich, and Tokyo. In addition, Tom built two successful business-to-consumer companies from scratch and subsequently sold. Tom holds a BA in Psychology, an MS in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and an MA in Health Care Administration. He also holds an MBA from NYU.
John Todd is a Managing Director at GattiHR. He is responsible for the search and placement of senior-level Human Resource professionals nationally and across all industries.
Eleanor Humphreys is a Research Analyst at GattiHR. Her primary responsibilities include data analytics, data reporting, visualization creation and survey design, research and implementation. Eleanor graduated from Simmons College in 2018 with a bachelor’s degree in Data Science and Analytics and is passionate about the field.
Faith is an Associate at GattiHR. She conducts searches for mid-level and senior level human resources professionals on a national basis. Prior to joining GattiHR, she spread her Psychology expertise throughout social service positions, such as behavior analysis and case management. Faith holds a B.A in Psychology and Behavior Analysis from Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts, as well as her M.S in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University.
