As the Founder and CEO at Hire For Hope, I come from an extensive background in sales and executive recruiting, with a passion for learning what drives and motivates others. This passion holds true, having obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, and taking graduate courses in Counseling. I am an empathetic leader with a deep understanding of leadership and team development. Aside from running the organization and assisting companies in their talent optimization efforts, I serve on the Board
My love for learning has paved a diverse pathway. After spending 20+ years in healthcare I decided to deviate from what was comfortable. Not only did I stray from the industry I knew best, but I left the larger offices/hospitals behind and found myself gravitating towards the smaller, local start-ups. From law, marketing and advertising, and now recruiting and talent optimization, my strengths in office operations and management are where I tend to focus.
Tasia is a Recruiting and Business Development Specialist at Hire for Hope. She creates new opportunities for Hire for Hope through sales meetings and relationship building. She also handles sourcing a broad range of high-quality professionals and interviewing them to determine the best fit for our clients across West Michigan and beyond.
Before joining the Hire for Hope team, she was a group leader at Payless. In this role, she found her passion for leadership development and recruiting. She then started her corporate career in training and development at Americo Life. In 2015, she started working as the organizational development specialist at Byrne Electrical where she helped develop strategies, implement a competency model and formal performance management and also developed a leadership program.
Nicole is a Recruiting and Business Development Specialist at Hire for Hope. She creates new opportunities for Hire for Hope through sales meetings and relationship building. She also handles sourcing a broad range of high-quality professionals and interviewing them to determine the best fit for our clients across West Michigan and beyond.
Prior to joining the Hire for Hope team, she worked in media sales at Cumulus Media for the last nine years. At Cumulus Media, she sold radio advertising and digital marketing plans as well as event sponsorships.
