Prior to joining The Oliver Group, Scott spent 10 years as an Army Infantry officer. After the military, Scott led teams at Frito-Lay and ExxonMobil. He consults with executive and senior leaders to create radical performance improvement strategies.

Steve Hopkins has twenty years of sales, operations and management experience, having developed and guided sales networks both in the U.S. and abroad. Responsibilities include strategic planning, market development, and the focus of sales resources.
