Hi, I am Dr. Jeff Doolittle. I help executives and organizations improve performance and organizational culture. As an author, keynote speaker, executive coach, organizational development consultant, and head of talent and organizational development, my mission is to elevate people, profit, and purpose.
I've spent more than two decades helping small business owners to CEOs of global Fortune 50 companies with assessment, design, implementation, and continuous improvement of innovative, cost-effective talent strategies that create measured business value. I received a doctorate in Strategic Leadership from Regent University and am a certified International Coaching Federation executive coach.

One of the things I am most proud of is the social impact my company and book is making. Annually, I invest 15% of the profits into nonprofit charities driving change for children. I am committed to a future where everyone has the chance to thrive.
