Alicia Lykos is the CEO and Founder. She is passionate about empowering workplaces to design, hire and inspire high performing teams through a data-drive approach with Predictive Index. She has been using PI since 2012 and is a fully certified PI trainer and practitioner.
Prior to starting her own business, she was the HR Director for multiple IT companies and has a deep connection to the IT industry and technology space. She has been the right-hand to numerous CEO's across Australia and a trusted adviser to help grow numerous start-ups and mid-size firms.
She loves presenting, facilitating workshops and has been an industry speaker on numerous panels and events. She is member of NSW Leaders.
Alicia was recognised in 2019 as one of the fastest growing PI Certified Partners in the network and is helping grow the Predictive Index footprint in Australia.
