Jim has always had a passion for understanding human behavior and learning. His expertise includes sales leadership development, Talent Optimization, and defining a framework for the sales enablement function. What he brings to client situations is a deep understanding of foundational sales methodologies, data driven and analytical skills to align business strategy with people strategy to drive business results. Being an adjunct professor at SNHU enables Jim to give back by teaching, mentoring, and coaching next generation business leaders as well as returning fresh ideas back to his clients.
