David H. Wiseman
He has worked with over 60 banking clients directing their efforts to further develop their employees and officers. He has spoken frequently at various state banking association conferences and has been a featured speaker at the Bank CEO Network. David has been active in High School athletics at Olympus High School in Salt Lake City Utah since 1988. David has been married to Sally for 48 years. They have raised four sons and are the proud grandparents of 15.

Tony helps clients become more objective in their ability to hire, manage and retain the most valuable asset; their people. The vast majority of his 24 year career work is with financial institutions with extensive experience in automotive, manufacturing, retail, and technology industries. Facilitated hundreds of trainings with Managers and Executives helping them become better communicators, influencers, coaches and leaders. Tony married his High School sweetheart and has 2 adult children.
Lindsey Ingram provides Client Success, supporting the team and clients with system migration, software tools, product optimization and information sharing. She has an extensive background in program and implementation management, customer service and operational experience within the logistics industry. She is thrilled with the opportunity to support the PI Utah staff and looks forward to engaging with and supporting our valued clients.
With over 14 years experience in executive search recruitment, Kelly has a unique perspective on the Predictive Index tools and their ability to optimize talent. She has consulted with hiring teams of all kinds, clearly-defined, mature teams as well as early stage startups just developing their hiring goals and processes — even non-profit organizations where multiple participants are mandatory hiring decisions.
